Tricia Haines,
Property Administration
Tricia Haines is part of WREM's Property
Accounting and Property Management team. Ms.
Haines
is responsible for property accounting
functions including accounts
receivable and collections for WREM’s
entire portfolio. She also processes all incoming
lease documents, maintains tenant insurance and
gross sales records, and is responsible for
various other accounting tasks. On the
property management side, she assists the
property manger with several functions including
general maintenance and tenant relations issues.
She is currently working toward her BA in
Business Management.
