and the progress of the management plan. Our
Accounting department located in the Costa
Mesa corporate office, utilizes a
state-of-the-art computer system with a
Timberline Software Corporation property
management program.
We have the
capacity to prepare custom reports in the
owner's format and handle all of the
ownership's specific accounting
requirements. Timely and accurate accounting
is one of our highest priorities. |

addition to providing a timely comprehensive
month-end financial package, we provide a
number of management reports, including a monthly narrative summarizing the project's
operations.

WREM
is prepared to work closely with the owner and
tenants during all phases of interior and
exterior renovations: common area site work and
paving projects.
WREM

consulting activities to include due diligence
and experts witness services for property
owners, lenders, attorneys, title companies and
corporate real estate clients.
