Kathy Wiekamp,

Property Manager

Ms. Wiekamp manages a portfolio of properties which includes shopping centers, office condominiums and medical buildings. She interacts with tenants and vendors regarding common area and lease-related maintenance items. Ms. Wiekamp reviews leases for the properties under her supervision as they are input to Timberline Software.

Ms. Wiekamp brings a broad base of business experience to the company. She has held financial related positions with GTE Corporation and also the mortgage banking industry.  She also was a senior marketing director for a health care company for several years. Prior to joining WREM she owned a real estate investment company purchasing REO properties and converting them to income producing assets.

Ms. Wiekamp attended Central College where she graduated with honors with a BA in Business Administration.  She is currently finishing her certificate degree from Fuller Seminary in Christian Leadership and Character Development.  She holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License.
