Cathy Nguyen
Property Accounting
Ms.
Nguyen currently handles accounts payable, vendor insurance
compliance and the calculation of Common Area Maintenance, insurance
and real estate tax reconciliations. She is responsible for
overseeing the annual budget process. Proficient in all areas of our
Timberline accounting program, she assists in training other
employees on the Timberline system. She received a Bachelor of Arts
from California State University, Fullerton. Ms Nguyen holds a
current California real estate sales license. |
